Vicki O. Culler, OCPS II
Vicki O. Culler is the Director for Assistance for Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) Center, an operating program of InterAct for Change. The ASAP Center brings state-of-the-art substance abuse prevention techniques and materials to nontraditional sources of prevention activities -groups like senior citizens clubs, community centers, civic and fraternal organizations, and congregations and other faith communities. Vicki's areas of concentration include older adults, the faith community, and asset building.
Previously, Vicki was chief operating officer for the Alcoholism Council of the Cincinnati area, NCADD. Before the COO position, Vicki served as director of program services and director of prevention services for Cincinnati area, NCADD. She’s a founding member of Reviving the Human Spirit, a collaborative, multi-denominational support network that brings together faith leaders, lay people, and prevention and treatment professionals to work together to provide support for prevention, intervention, and recovery support efforts in our faith communities. In her 24 years as a prevention professional, she has served on many local, regional, and state boards and committees to strengthen the prevention profession as well as community based prevention activities. Vicki also serves on the board of the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Association of Ohio (ADAPAO).
Vicki holds Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kent State University. She is an Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist II.
