Veronda Gibson
Verdona Gibson is a prevention specialist for the Urban Minority Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Outreach Program of Cincinnati (UMADAOP, Inc), she works to keep young people away from drugs, alcohol and violence. She has also been a intervention specialist for Cincinnati Public Schools and an AIDS prevention and outreach worker. An active member of Zion Global church, she began performing when she was two years old and by the time she was nine, she was directing gospel choirs. She's a three-time Amateur Night winner at "It's Showtime at the Apollo" in Harlem, New York during the 2002-2003 season. She has also appeared on Rickey Smiley's BET Improv Comedy series "The Way We Do It" as a featured unsigned guest artist. She also has auditioned for this year's NBC TV's "America's Got Talent" show.
