Annette I. Bell is the Area Coordinator for Reviving the Human Spirit Substance Abuse Team Ministries for Congregations. She has been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for over 23 years. Annette is the Chairperson of two ministries at Union Baptist Church: Health and Wellness Ministry and The Substance Abuse Outreach Ministry; and Consultant for the Cardiovascular Health Coalition of Hamilton County. She believes that people who learn and practice taking better care of themselves in spirit, mind, body, and in relationships will become a viable participant in the workforce, schools, and out in the community.
